Aerobic engine
Steady-state work paired with high-intensity circuits to build the engine the race actually needs.
HYROX is fitness racing: eight one-kilometer runs, eight functional stations, one clock. You do not need a strength background and you do not need to be in shape. You need a start date.
What HYROX actually is
Run one kilometer, complete one functional station, then repeat until all eight stations are finished.
How we train it
Build the engine, learn to work under fatigue, and get materially stronger.
Steady-state work paired with high-intensity circuits to build the engine the race actually needs.
HYROX movements with a focus on form and efficient work, plus competitive elements so you learn to pace under fatigue.
Squats, deadlifts, presses, and functional strength work, because the stations are strength problems disguised as cardio.

Why train here
We are a strength and conditioning gym that is HYROX certified, not a HYROX gym.
Our coaches have trained more than 100 professional athletes and more than 250 Division I athletes. That background shapes how we coach every member.
We assess you while you train. Your coach knows you are new, watches how you move, and gives you the level of attention your experience calls for. Everyone follows the class program, with exercise, load, range, or pace modifications when needed.
Most HYROX programs will make you fitter. Ours is designed to make you stronger too, with better mechanics and enough strength work to support the volume.
HYROX is the door
The same membership that gets you into HYROX gets you into every strength and conditioning class we run. Most of our members start with the race and end up under a barbell three days a week. There is no upgrade to buy and no second decision to make.

Our members sign up for races together, travel together, and train for them together for months beforehand.

“I came in because I signed up for a race. I stayed because I got stronger than I had been in years.”
“The race gave me a deadline. The coaching gave me a reason to keep training after it was over.”
“HYROX got me through the door. Strength training is what changed how I feel every day.”
FAQ
No. Most people do not. You can start with a free class and learn the format as you go.
You do not need to be in race shape. The work can be scaled, and your coach can modify exercises, load, range, or pace based on your current experience and conditioning.
Training clothes, athletic shoes, and water. If you have lifting shoes or gear you already like, bring them, but nothing special is required.
Yes. That is how we expect most members to train. Your membership includes both, with no upgrade or separate package.
No. Some members race regularly, some train HYROX because they like the format, and some eventually spend more time in strength classes. The race is optional.
