Sports Performance Programs (Group Training)
Strength training is the foundation for our programs at Legendary Strength Co. Adult Strength classes are small group sessions up to 12 members.
With this program, you will get dedicated instruction and motivation from your coach while building strength, conditioning and flexibility/mobility in a safe environment.
PERSONAL TRAINING
An excellent option for people who:
- prefer a one-on-one coaching relationship as their primary form of training;
- have variable schedules – like athletes, executives and stay-at-home mothers;
- need a specific program to cater to their needs, such as sports performance, rehab, and health/mobility limitations
SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING
Great for those who like working with a partner or friend, or get more out of their workout by competing.
A fun dynamic for friends, couples, brides and bridesmaids, siblings, and mother-daughter duos.
A popular and more cost-effective option than one-on-one coaching.
