Our Young Athlete program is for kids starting at 7 years old and will teach the fundamentals of movement and increase resiliency through age-appropriate resistance training.

This program is 60 minutes in length and incorporates all elements of our world class programs, modified for the youngest athlete.

Youth Sports Performance is designed for young athletes ages 7 years old through 13 and will give your youth athlete a leg up on the competition. Our emphasis is on teaching youth athletes the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment.

High School Sports Performance is designed for athletes ages 14-18 and made to enhance the performance of your teenage athlete in any venue they choose. We aim to help your high school athlete become stronger, faster, and more powerful than the competition through technique and quality of movement.

Summer College Sports Performance is designed for current or rising collegiate athletes preparing for their upcoming school year.  With the needs of higher-level athletes in mind, the program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques as well as more intense conditioning regimens to ensure all athletes are ready for their next competitive season.

The program is designed to the same specifications as our professional athlete summer programs, they are 60-90 minutes in length and incorporate all elements of our world class programs.

Enhancing Athletic Characteristics


Strength training is integral to successful sports performance as it helps increase the amount of force your body can produce. The more force you can produce is vital, as it can be converted into sport-specific explosive power needed for most athletic movements. We have included exercises that strengthen imperative lower body muscle groups and stabilizers. Many of the exercises are single leg for a reason: they are great for building the core, stability, and joint mobility for better performance, as well as help reduce muscle imbalances that increase your movement efficiency and lessen the chance for injury.

Explosive Power

One of the most effective ways to train for power is plyometric exercises. They allow athletes to train their muscle fibers to provide explosive movements; because the muscle stretches and then contracts quickly.
In order to do plyometric exercises safely and get the most out of these movements, individuals must have a solid base of functional strength. As such, we included exercises that build strength in muscles and increase workload to your joints and stabilizers needed for most plyometric exercises.


There are key factors in developing and maintaining acceleration: relative body strength (becoming strong), power generation (plyometric), and mobility of the hip, knee, and ankle joints. Having an excellent range of motion in these joints allows for the legs to fully extend while simultaneously reaching full flexion on the opposite leg, creating huge strides for acceleration and top-end speed. What type of speed your sport requires is another important consideration when training. Many sports do not require speed in one direction and for long distances. Athletes must maintain a high velocity for longer than 6 seconds or produce repeated sprints with minimal rest periods. Timed intervals with high levels of effort, followed by short recovery periods condition lower body fast twitch fibers to maintain a higher work rate force for better stamina. Considering all of the factors, we have included a speed building sprinting drill, along with several plyometric and strength training exercises to help improve your speed.


Arguably, the biggest contributors to success in sports performance is quickness and agility. Agility is the ability to brake, rapidly change direction, and explosively accelerate in the intended direction, while maintaining proper balance and stability. Quickness goes hand in hand with agility as it is in its truest sense of your reaction time and how fast and how much force you can generate. But nothing in sports operates in a vacuum and neither do agility and quickness. Agility and quickness cannot be increased if the lower body lacks high levels of strength and explosive power. Also, you can not use exercises that are premeditated to increase agility & quickness. Using more chaos exercises will have better carryover to the field.


LSC Strength Training requires lifting both heavy and fast repeatedly. In order to become stronger or more powerful, your body must adapt to the stresses of this type of training. All of the energy you require comes from three systems: aerobic (slow, steady state), anaerobic (moderate to high intensity), and alactic anaerobic (highest intensity). They contribute in different ways and do their part to provide the fuel your cells need for training and adapting. It is only through all three energy systems working together that you will reach new heights of functional strength and power. When you are grinding under the barbell, your two anaerobic systems are doing everything that they can to give you the extra shot of nitrous you need to crank out each rep. When you are resting, whether it is between between sets or at home on the couch, your aerobic system kicks in to create the energy necessary for recovery and adaptation. This is what makes energy system training a vital part of the Legendary Strength Co. Training System.


Flexibility is defined as the ability of a muscle or muscle groups to passively move through the full range of motion, whereas mobility is the ability for a joint to actively move through the full range of motion.

Joining our youth programs requires a level of safety and movement aptitude.  We strongly encourage our athletes to work 1-1 with a coach to help get them up to speed with the basic movements and fix/strengthen any weak areas so that they can get the most out of group training.

The Legendary Strength Co program is based on consistent, continual coaching

Every group is led by a coach through our six phases warm-up and then taken through the entire program by a group of coaches.

Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning.

The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Our world class coaching staff ensures proper progression over the duration of the session.
